The interdependent, sometimes challenging relationship between warehouse operators and truck drivers was explored in a recent COLD FACTS magazine article. “It’s a symbiotic relationship. Warehouses need trucks and trucks need warehouses,” says Todd Lanter, Director of Transportation at Henningsen Transportation Services. Truck drivers and warehouse operators function, however, on two opposite spectrums. Each may have a shared goal of delivering goods to market safely, in good condition, and on time, but the question remains as to how the two parties can work better together.
